• No refunds on custom-made or personalized orders
• Deposits are non-refundable once design work has started
• Payments for produced or completed items are non-refundable
• Sale or discounted items are final sale

We are happy to offer an exchange only if:
• The item arrives damaged or defective
• The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery
• Clear photos/videos are provided as proof

✔️ If approved, we will:
• Replace the item, or
• Offer store credit (case by case)
